Vaghasia Trading Pvt. Ltd. is also engaged into the exports of Raw Cotton with a deep understanding of global textile industry.
We are located at India's best cotton growing area in Gujarat which is also the largest producer of Raw Cotton in India. The environment and soil of this area is so good that these farms produce world's best cotton. |
It’s proximity to the India’s main Sea Ports also gives us additional advantages to make our prices competitive and quick shipments with minimum hassles. |
| |
We have been mainly exporting the Raw Cotton varieties like Shankar – 6, MCU -5 and DCH - 32 with main focus on excellent quality control and utmost customer satisfaction. To ensure world best uniform quality, |
we procure our raw material from specially selected cotton stations across the country.
Manual sorting is done before feeding to blow-room for minimization of contamination.
| |
The quality of Raw Cotton depends on the weather condition of the cotton station – where it is grown and when it is ginned; as it makes the difference even within Gujarat region. Therefore, at first, to ensure the right quality, we are very selective with respect to the place of origin and the place of ginning.
As part of the quality service customers are also continually updated on the progress of their modules with regular ginning reports produced to inform customer of their results.
